As a follow up to my video testimonial, which I hope you’ve taken a look at, here are some of the details as to how Allison has helped me both on and off the course but specifically with regard to playing Golf. When we started, Allison gave me a questionnaire which helped her understand my goals and the obstacles to achieving my goals. This will be different for everyone, however there are always going be some common aspects, including anxiety on the first tee, especially if you’re hitting over water, lol, comments by playing partners who are trying to get into your head, and certain shots that just eat your lunch.
Allison analyzes your responses to the questions and discusses them with you and then develops a plan of action which is implemented over a series of sessions. She helps you set some seasonal and long-term goals and develop a way to check your improved performance through statistics. Most importantly, you develop a process through which you work on specific things you can measure and then able to check your progress towards these attainable goals. She keeps it real and relevant to your game and provides you with a reasonable timeline to achieve the goals that you’ve identified. It works, if you put the time in and practice the things that she outlines for you And by the way, if you have questions, she’s available to answer these for you so that you always have your coach with you. I could go on and on with the details but I’m going to leave that for her to work through with you and all I can do is tell you that she has put the joy back in my game.

I had the privilege of taking the mental conditioning course with Alison last summer. The experience has been transformative for my game and mindset. She not only helped me with swing technique, she taught me how to practice for better performance and how to build a consistent process while on the course.
